Dear parents, please note the following:

• Mrs Tiong will only be available between 10.30 to 12.30 as she's also a form teacher of 6/9. As such, for parents in Session 4, I'm sorry to say that you may not be able to meet her on Friday. However, you may still make an appointment with her on a seperate day.
• Mrs Janet Ng will not be available to see our class HCL students. Parents whose child is taking HCL, please make an appointment with her seperately.
• Mrs Josephine Tan is also making her rounds as she's a subject teacher for different classes. You may make an appointment with her if you wish to see her seperately.
• I seek your understanding that the schedule is very tight. I apologise in advance if I have to cut our conference short. We can still communicate by other means.
